MASTER PROGRAM REGISTRATION

REQUIREMENTS AND PROCEDURES FOR ADMISSION OF NEW STUDENTS PROGRAM MASTER (S2) AND DOCTORAL PROGRAM (S3) FINAL SEMESTER 2020/2021 UNIVERSITY OF HASANUDDIN

STAGE 1: PASSED REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

  • Pay the registration fee of Rp.750,000 (seven hundred and fifty thousand rupiah) through Bank BTN non-billing system (code 0069) throughout Indonesia which is open from May 10, 2021 until. 24 June 2021.
  • Participants read the announcement through the https://regpmb.unhas.ac.id page, login with their respective accounts
  • Participants Upload the Study Integrity Pact (format is already available in the application menu)
  • Participant Prints the First Semester UKT/UKT Tuition Bill at https://regpmb.unhas.ac.id (login username and password) the same as before.
  • The deadline for re-registration/payment of tuition fees/UKT is from 10 May untill. June 4, 2021
  • If the participant does not re-register/pay tuition fees/UKT by the time limit, the Participant will be declared Failed.
  • Especially for Participants who at the time of registering using a Pass Certificate (SKL), the SPP/UKT bill can only be printed after the Participant sends the Scan of the Original Diploma to the Unhas PMB Committee (confirmation to WA 085343742764, 085343991587 and email: regpmb@unhas.ac.id)

STAGE 2: ACCEPTANCE OF NEW STUDENTS OF HASANUDDIN UNIVERSITY MAGISTER (S2) AND DOCTORAL (S3) PROGRAM EARLY SEMESTER 2021/2022

  1. Peserta yang sudah terdaftar di Tahap 1 TIDAK diperkenankan lagi mendaftar di Tahap 2.
  2. Program Studi yang dibuka dapat dilihat pada laman https://regpmb.unhas.ac.id
  3. Sebelum melakukan pembayaran biaya pendaftaran pada Bank BTN, pastikan Anda memenuhi persyaratan karena tidak ada pengembalian Uang Pendaftaran
  4. Biaya Pendaftaran Rp. 750.000,-
  5. Pembayaran biaya pendaftaran melalui bank BTN di seluruh Indonesia mulai tanggal 10 Mei 2021 s.d. 24 Juni 2021
  6. Pendaftaran Online 10 Mei 2021 s.d. 24 Juni 2021 pukul 23.59 Wita pada laman https://regpmb.unhas.ac.id
  7. Verifikasi Berkas tanggal 17 Mei 2021 s.d. 25 Juni 2021
  8. Pengecekan Hasil Verifikasi Berkas melalui akun Calon Maba
  9. Pencetakan Kartu Ujian tanggal 26 s.d 28 Juni 2021
  10. Sosialisasi Koneksi Jaringan 29 Juni 2021 Pelaksanaan Ujian Online tanggal 30 Juni s.d. 2 Juli 2021
  11. Exam Material:

    2. English Proficiency Test (EPT)
    3. Field of Science / Interview
  12. Announcement of Exam Results on July 16, 2021
  13. Re-registration / Payment of Semester I Tuition Fees starting on July 19 s.d. August 5, 2021
  14. New Student Admission Procession for the First Semester of 2021/2022 on August 12, 2021
  15. First Lecture for the First Semester 2021/2022 on August 16, 2021

Requirements: 

  • Prospective master's program students must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent diploma from an accredited study program and from an accredited PTN or PTS (Regulation of the Chancellor of Hasanuddin University Number: 36621/UN4.1/PP.37/2017).
  • Pass Certificate (SKL) is permitted on condition that the original copy of the diploma must be submitted to the PMB Committee before re-registering.
  • Never been declared Drop Out (DO) at Hasanuddin University at the same educational level.
  • Especially for the Master of Nursing Study Program, it has a Nurse Registration Certificate (STR).

Registration Procedure:

  1. Pay the registration fee of Rp.750,000 (seven hundred and fifty thousand rupiah) through Bank BTN non-billing system (code 0069) throughout Indonesia which is open from May 10, 2021 until. 24 June 2021.

  3. User ID using No. HP as ID Number
  4. ID number (HP) functions as username and Access Code/PIN functions as password which is printed on proof of payment from bank BTN
  5. Online registration on the https://regpmb.unhas.ac.id page on May 10, 2021 s.d. 24 June 2021 at 23:59 WITA
  6. On the Login Form Page: USERNAME enter the ID Number (mobile number used when paying at Bank BTN) and PASSWORD enter the Access Code listed on the proof of BTN Payment.
  7. If you experience an error when making a transaction at the Bank, contact the Bank BTN helpdesk (Pak Geo 082245970100)
  8. For participants who have paid and cannot login with an access code from bank BTN, they can send proof of payment to email regpmb@unhas.ac.id by writing the subject of verification ACCESS CODE no. HP 08xxxxxxxxx (type the mobile number used when paying at Bank BTN).
  9. Choose Education Level
  10. Choose Study Program
  11. Carefully fill out Biodata and upload files
  12. Upload the latest 3×4 photo with a red background;
  13. Upload a thesis research plan draft (maximum 10 pages, A4 size, 2.5 cm margin, Times New Roman, 12 font, 1.5 spacing), which consists of an introduction, problem formulation, research method, and expected results;
  14. A statement that you are not registered as a student in one of the Study Programs and have no Drop Out status at Hasanuddin University. Download the Declaration Letter format
  15. The printing of the Exam Card is carried out after verification of the files by the New Student Admissions Committee and is declared eligible, on the 26th to the 26th. 28 June 2021;
  16. Carefully read the information in the Exam Card about the day, date, time, and material for the selection exam;
  17. For participants who have paid the registration fee but did not register online according to the schedule, it will be declared void and the registration fee cannot be refunded.

TEST IMPLEMENTATION

The exam will be conducted online with the following conditions:

  1. Participants Prepare/print exam cards before the exam starts
  2. Participants prepare their computers/laptops to work on the questions
  3. Participant's HP Link with Zoom.
  4. The position of the participant's cellphone camera is directed to the computer monitor and the participant
  5. Ensure Good Internet Access in their respective places
  6. Login with their respective accounts on the https://regpmb.unhas.ac.id page
  7. Participants are ready 1 hour before the exam starts
  8. The time used is Central Indonesia Time (WITA)
  9. Monitoring / Attendance of Exam Participants via Zoom (must activate Audio and HP Camera during the exam)
  10. Zoom ID and Password will be given before the exam starts
  11. Network connection simulation will be carried out one day before the exam and must be followed by all participants.
